KVKK Notice

shared within the SoulLink application is processed under the scope of
the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
1. Personal Data Processed
- Profile and account information
- Birth date, birth time, and birth location
- Location data
- Photos and visual content
- Device and usage data
- Technical data required for notification processes
2. Purposes of Processing
- Creating and managing user accounts
- Providing astrological analysis
- Conducting compatibility evaluation and matching processes
- Displaying nearby events and location-based experiences
- Supporting profile completion and user experience
- Sending notifications about events, matches, and important developments
- Improving service quality, security, and error monitoring
3. Data Requiring Explicit Consent
Birth date, birth time, and birth location are processed for the purpose
of astrological analysis and compatibility evaluation with other users.
Explicit consent for this processing is obtained through the relevant
consent checkbox within the application.
4. App Permission Notices
- Location permission: Requested to show nearby events.
- Bluetooth permission: Requested to enable interaction with nearby users.
- Notification permission: Requested to inform users about events, matches, and important updates.
- Photos/Gallery permission: Requested so users can complete their profile and upload images.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data is not sold to third parties. Where necessary, data may be
processed on a limited basis through technical service providers required
for operation of the service.
6. Your Rights Under KVKK
Users have the right to learn whether their personal data is being processed,
request information about such processing, request correction or deletion,
and exercise other rights granted under applicable law.
